Vegan Potato Soup Recipe

2 large onions 5 stalks of celery 9 red potatoes 3 cloves of garlic 1/2 fresh lemon (squeeezeee for juiceeee) 32 oz of veggie broth 32 oz of creamy potato leak broth (I used the Imagine brand) 1 teaspoon oregano 2 teaspoons thyme 2 teaspoons fresh chives 2 teaspoons pepper 2 tablespoons of mustard (Dijon is best, spicy brown will do.)
